今日は、酸っぱいものが食べたくてカリフラワーのピクルスを作ってみました。先ずは、カリフラワーを一口サイズに切り塩をかけておきます。米酢を煮立て塩等の調味料で味を整えた物と、カリフラワーを合わせアラ熱をとり冷蔵庫で冷やした食べられます。
